Rich’s real estate career began when he started working with the development company that built Revelstoke Mountain Resort. Before the lifts were installed, Rich was on the original sales team selling both Mackenzie Landing & Monashee Estates and all 220 suites at Sutton Place. Having been drawn to Revelstoke first in 1988 fresh out of Simon Fraser University, Rich felt right at home skiing the original Powder Springs Ski Hill, ski-touring at Roger’s Pass, and mountain-biking the newly burgeoning trail system that has now made Revelstoke famous. Having worked with buyers from around the globe, and those within the Revelstoke community, Rich has gained a tremendous amount of experience in residential, commercial, and resort-oriented sales.
