Personal Profile

I have been in real estate for over 40 years having been a legal assistant and a Manager and then buying the Brokerage in 2002. She lives in North Milton with her husband Hal. My son Adam works for the brokerage in IT. The only Coldwell Banker in Prince Edward Island the brokerage has expanded to 6 working offices throughout all of PEI. The rural and urban markets are uniquely different so the reach of our offices allows us to service any real estate product including residential, commercial, farms, cottage and investment properties. I do not compete in sales with my agents. I bring resources from a legal background including contracts and mediation.
