If you're interested in investing in the Costa Rica real estate market, I can help steer you in the right direction. My knowledge of the country, its people, culture, laws, and peculiarities is expansive. I first came here in 2001 to manage the sale of a for-profit private university with campuses in Costa Rica and Panama. I successfully closed the deal in 2003. I have a background in law, transactional advisory, business valuation and, of course, the country called Costa Rica. For the past 14 years I have operated a vacation business that arranges eco-intensive tours throughout all areas of the country.
