Graham first moved to Pickering, Ontario in 1962 growing up amidst the development of Bay Ridges at Frenchman's Bay. Surrounded by construction and property development, Graham was hooked at an early age. Watching a facility like the Oshawa Centre grow from an open shopping plaza to a state of the art fully enclosed shopping mall was an awakening to the possibilities in property development. Growing up in the Building materials Industry, Graham worked side by side with his father, a second generation lumberman, and innovative pioneer in the industry. Working in Canada's first Home Centre, which was a fresh concept in 1971. He became a buyer at the tender age of 16 while still in high school, working all the part time hours he could get for the 7 store chain. Graham studied Construction Management at the University of Toronto Scarborough campus. He worked in the renovation industry and later graduated to custom home building and property development in the early 1980's. He has been involved in real estate both residentially and commercially ever since. A custom home builder in Ballantrae Ontario in the early 1980's to Custom Home Builder and business leader in the Cayman Islands from the Late 1980s. Graham then moved into the agency sales business as a Manufacturers Rep, trading in Building Materials from Canada, Italy, Turkey, India and Brazil to The U.S. Caribbean and Middle Eastern markets, has given Graham a depth of multicultural experience. This experience has been quite helpful to his valued clients in satisfying their various business needs. As a businessman with many years of International trade under his belt, Graham offers a wealth of experience to satisfy his business clients. With all of his International experience, Graham never stayed away from Durham for long. The hallmarks of Graham's approach to the Real Estate industry are, Innovation, Creativity, Problem Solving and Negotiating within the business world from outside of the box.
