Joni Askew loves people and she loves houses. Joni has made Castlegar her home since 1984 and in her words “ This great little place has evolved into a beautiful City that just wraps it’s loving arms around you” People here are on “Kootenay Time” it doesn’t mean that they are slow and lethargic, it means that they are stoked about life and enjoying their kids and pets and coffee outside on a sunshine day. Visitors always ask “why are all these people smiling” well we know…. Do you want to find out? Joni has won almost every award that could be won in Real Estate, at the Kootenay Real Estate Board. Joni says; she has the nicest Clients and they deserve all the credit. Okay, about her; well, she loves people and always helps when someone needs a hand. She goes above and beyond for her Clients to make sure that every transaction is smooth and as stress free as possible. Joni is a vegetarian, loves all animals, loves to cook, create beautiful things, and her favorite home décor is French Country. She loves beautiful things and beautiful places. Most of all Joni loves people. She has been in thousands of people’s homes, and has heard the life story of thousands of people. She feels blessed to be a part of their journey. She has a following for a reason. Joni loves flowers, especially red roses, and really enjoys the smell of the green forests that surround Castlegar.
