Personal Profile

Garry arrived in the Bahamas from England in 1989. Through his many years as Athletic Director at multiple schools in The Bahamas, Scuba instructor and his involvement playing cricket, soccer and as a member of the Bahamas’ National Rugby team, Garry made many close connections within the Bahamian community. Garry obtained his real estate license in 2012 with the goal of pairing his friends with new homes and investment properties. As his real estate business grew and his interest in the many dynamic facets of the real estate industry expanded, Garry became a full-time agent and appraisal apprentice in 2019, later passing his appraisal exam in 2022. Garry goes above and beyond for each and every client, whether he’s working on an appraisal, or assisting a buyer or seller. Research is key in his philosophy when it comes to real estate deals and he always ensures his clients are well informed with up-to-date and accurate info in order to exceed expectations. Garry and his wife are the proud parents of two sons. In his spare time, when not selling real estate, Garry continues to be involved in many sports activities, scuba diving, traveling, and exploring our local island chain.
