Roy Cado’ is a Sales Representative with Coldwell Banker The Real Estate Centre, Brokerage. He epitomizes, integrity, honesty, energy, hard work and creative service in every detail of your real estate transaction. Roy has been assisting his clients for over ten years; he is passionate for both the Real Estate Industry and diversity of each client. He has worked with in every facet of the Real Estate industry representing buyers, sellers, investors in both commercial and residential market. Roy has truly chosen a journey that is both fulfilling on a personal level and more importantly, the happiness he brings to each person and their business venture. Roy Cado’ was born in Metropolitan Toronto and raised in York Region. Roy has an extensive knowledge and understanding of both the greater GTA and York Region Neighbourhoods, having spent most of his life living and enjoying many of the great neighbourhoods that this great area has to offer. With an aptitude for learning and a curious nature, he truly makes the effort to inform, educate and assist his clients to any questions or concerns in regards to the particulars of any neighbourhood. He loves where he lives and loves where he works. Roy studied at York University obtaining his Bachelor of Arts Degree specializing in Literature and Sociology; coupled with many years in an upper managerial position his understanding of people and their needs has been a defining strength when dealing and negotiating with the many diverse situations and people that he encounters in everyday life. Roy enjoys being in constant motion, from cycling, hiking and travelling the world, he is always looking for that next big adventure. On a more tranquil note he is very mindful and at peace with his inner self, focusing on the art of meditation, yoga and mindfulness, his greatest past time is reading, always in constant learning mode. Through the many educational seminars, coaching programs, and mentorships, he has been able to grasp the chaos of the world and transform his knowledge, skillset and patience into a most rewarding experience for both his friends and family and also his clients.
