Hello, my name is Lou Longo and I am proud to be a Broker for over 30 years. People often ask what motivates me to work so hard everyday and why I’ve stayed dedicated to this business for so long. The truth of it is, I just love real estate! Negotiating and deal making is my passion and I love helping people to buy, sell, and lease. I also love our city. Since emigrating from Italy to Canada in 1960, I have made my home in Sarnia. I have seen our community grow and expand, and watched it through many ups and downs. Many of our local residents take for granted our beautiful beaches, parks, and waterways and don’t realize what a treasure our community really is. Sarnia-Lambton has been very good to me and my family and for that I am eternally thankful. I am one of very few realtors who can truly say that I practice actively in both the residential and commercial markets, and have the expertise required to confidently help you with both. I have been a member of the City of Sarnia planning board, as well as the Canadian Commercial Council. My hands on experience in everything from buying and selling property, and commercial and residential development, to leasing and property management, allows me to give real world, practical advice and guidance to my clients. My fantastic clients have allowed me to be the top commercial realtor in our area for many years.
