The Main House is shaped like an L, and obeys the architecture and typology of Alentejo, forming an interior courtyard, in Andalusian or Arab style, with a waterfall and a small lake, and features a terrace with 120 m2, from which you can enjoy a superb and fascinating view.
Guest house/visitors.
Composed of:
• Living room.
• Dining room.
• 4 suites also equipped and toilet with multifunction cabins.
• Gym with full equipment, including a Danish sauna for 8 people and Turkish with toilet.
All exterior walls, as well as those that are internally common between the 9 rooms (suites), have thermal and acoustic insulation. It also has the Main Housing of a system of 18 air conditioning, Daikin, distributed throughout all divisions, except the lounge and dining house that have 2 air conditioning units each.

In the common area of these two dwellings, there is a saltwater pool heated by solar energy, with a system for obtaining chlorine by electrolysis of salt (sodium chloride - Cl–Na+) and by electrolysis of the Hidrion System, as well as the automatic correction of pH of the water. These swimming pools, one for adults and one for children, are equipped with all the specific furniture and the adults have as equipment, a waterfall, a ramp entrance of silicas sand, a Roman staircase, a countercurrent system and an air and water Jacuzzi, with night lighting.

Given the size and characteristics of the main house, it has the Licensing and License of 'Rural Tourism - Country House', which may be used as a Luxury Resort (first class) or as Health Tourism, similar to the Revitalization and Health Clinics, existing in Switzerland.

Biodynamic organic farming:
This form of agriculture is based on concepts developed by Rudolf Steiner (1861-1925). This was the first movement
of organic agriculture to emerge, even at the beginning of the last century. This type of agriculture uses mineral additives and various types of plants as organic additives, in order to ensure the necessary supplementation of the vineyards. The common points, between biodynamic agriculture and organic agriculture, are related to the non-use of chemical compounds at any stage of the production process.
Water:
Watering is done with a clearly alkaline groundwater, subjected to natural processes of polarization and ozonization, in order to attribute to the water a three-dimensional and negatively magnetized molecular structure, which makes it easier to assimilate improving the metabolism of vines and all flora.
Subsoil:
The property is crossed by the Iberian Strip of Pirite and, under the vineyards, the subsoil is composed essentially of pyrite and calcopyrite rich in copper, gold, silver and iron.
