To the left of the kitchen is the 36 foot long wing of four bedrooms each approximately 16 x 13 feet with the master bedroom having an en suite bathroom and the other three sharing the family bathroom. Each room has been decorated with the family member in mind. The youngest child was mad about horses so there is a freeze of racing horses galloping around the room. The daughterâ€s bedroom is all about bright cheerful colors. The third bedroom is more of mature thoughtful color scheme. Each of the rooms has solid wood bunk beds so that their many friends could sleep over. The master bedroom has flowing netting suspended from the ceiling and on either side are two sets of windows to let in that all important cooling breeze and from where you can lie in the morning and watch the hummingbirds collecting nectar from the many flowering plants just outside the windows. The garden is large with plenty of room to add any special features you may consider essential, such as a pool, or a Jacuzzi that the present owner is still considering building to make this into the perfect family home that holds so many happy memories. The road unlike many in the area is paved all the way to Puerto Plata town center that takes just ten minutes to drive there and another five to ten minutes to cross town to the restaurants on the Malecon that are popular with the international community being right on the beach.
