Casita Del Mar features an open, modern kitchen with teak cabinets, high-end appliances, beautiful white countertops, and a custom island with seating for four. The indoor dining area centers around a custom Guanacaste tree table with seating for six or more. Guests can always dine out in the jungle from the large table centered on the front porch. The living room offers comfortable, custom-made couches, perfect for conversations or reading a book. The main living/kitchen area is air-conditioned for hot afternoons. The front porch overlooks the colorful garden and invites you to hang out, play games, or sneak in a nap. The Casita Del Mar pool and pool deck are perfect areas to enjoy the sunshine and cool off after a beach day. There is a brand-new gas grill by the pool and two pool loungers. Enjoy the two outdoor showers- one by the pool and one in the garden. The house also includes 2 surfboard racks- one for shortboards and another for longboards.
