Verano Eterno is located in the most desirable part of Playa Guiones, the Guiones Beach Club. The Guiones Beach Club is the only gated community adjacent to the beach in Playa Guiones or anywhere in the immediate area. The Guiones Beach Club has a guardhouse with a gated entrance and no one is allowed into the community except homeowners, renters, or visitors. The Guiones Beach Club is very secure, private, and peaceful and has its own private beach access path. For added security, the security team patrols Guiones Beach Club at night, and there are also security cameras around the perimeter of the access road. Casa Verano Eterno is located on the far side of Guiones Beach Club which means it has the least amount of cars or trucks driving by for added peace and quiet. The property of Casa Verano Eterno backs up to an adjacent Finca (farm) which is completely empty aside from some grazing cows and local birds and allows for amazing sunrise views over the nearby mountains. The house is based on outdoor living within no interior hallways. This also allows for privacy come bedtime or waking up in the morning. Three of the bedrooms have their own bathroom, while 2 bedrooms share an adjacent bathroom. All of the bathrooms have rain showers. Each bedroom comes equipped with a digital safe. There is a great swimming pool, lounge chairs, BBQ area, and extensive landscaping. The washer and dryer can be used only for housekeeping. The cleaning people can wash and dry your clothes upon your request on your cleaning day(s). The back of the house has a breathtaking view of the mountains in the distance while still only being an 8-minute walk to the beach.
