Wifi signal is available in all areas. The wireless sound system interfaces with built-in speakers installed in all the ceilings of both the house and the outdoor pavilion. You can select one sound source and it plays simultaneously throughout the entire compound. The house has a DISH network system in place with USA service. The interior and exterior lighting design is extensive and theatrical, and the outdoor pavilion area is on automatic time cycle. The water system for the house and the pavilion is from a private source deep rock well water which is then triple filtered and UV to a stand by a tank of 1,500 liters. The outdoor pavilion has a full kitchen including dishwasher, full 26 cubic foot refrigerator with ice maker and chef grill. It includes separate men and women's bath, hot/cold outdoor shower, internet, wired sound system, seating for 15. The connected pool area has powered-by- switch-waterfalls and an 8 person hot/cold Jacuzzi which is built into the pool. The pavilion has a 3Kwh Solar Power system that is grid-tied to ICE. \n\nThe entire property is planted in fruit trees and flowing plants including avocado, mango, lemon, apple, turmeric, and orange fruits. There is a private walking trail on 3/4 acre through the forest to a sitting area overlooking the main house. \n\nThe house system room (underneath and 1,000 square feet) holds all the house systems of water, water heater, extra shower, sink and toilet, water purification system, House breaker panels and alarm system, steel-doored tool holding cabinets, parts and supply racks and maintenance material shelving, surfboard storage and room to hold quads, bicycles, cars or whatever beach vehicles are desired. The construction of the foundation of the house is formed reinforced concrete. The 3rd floor is structural steel, concrete board, and extended wear Gypsum, covered with concrete and finished in Stucco for durability.
