It has irrigation all year round. > The topography is mostly flat, which makes it a farm suitable for agriculture and livestock. >> It has 17 km of road view. It has around 2000 head of beef cattle, Nelore breed and some Brahmans and around 130 horses. >> It has 1,300 hectares planted in teak of which 1,000 are more than 10 years old. > It has improved pastures in brizantha, mulato and toledo, among the natives. The farm has internal roads for better access. There are areas that have secondary forest. > It has 2 large warehouses, facilities, houses for employees, agricultural machinery (d6 b and d6c tractor, 7 grasshoppers), among other necessary implements in the entire farm.
