The renovation of the farmhouse has preserved the original style and construction character, making restoration and repair work on the Trachite (local stone), with which the building was built. Even the choice of materials and colors used reflect what is typical of the architecture of the time.
The internal distribution has remained mostly the original one, maintaining the large spaces, the intended use of those rooms that originally had the function of stables has been changed.
The farmhouse has been renovated into five independent housing units equipped with kitchenette or kitchen and bathroom; among the common areas a kitchen of about 50 square meters equipped with a chimney with extractor, a living room of about 80 square meters, two bathrooms, a veranda of about 60 square meters, a canopy that houses the outdoor fireplace, the oven, the woodshed, finally a parking area and garden of 650 square meters.
The property is served for the heating system by two independent technical rooms each equipped with a boiler. The hydraulic system is connected via a circuit breaker to the municipal aqueduct. The electrical system is independent and protected for each individual housing unit. All housing units are equipped with a telephone and TV line and interconnected with an intercom. Rainwater (roof and yard) is collected by a network and conveyed into the ditch in the area.
The internal/external windows are in chestnut essence made by a local craftsman. All accesses (windows/doors) are protected with grates and gates made with "buttoned eye".
