We offer for rent, with a temporary contract of up to 18 months to people who can demonstrate the cause of transitoriness and their income, this lovely apartment located on the third floor of a very well-preserved condominium and with concierge service all day.

We then have two double bedrooms served by two bathrooms. Finally a quality fully equipped eat-in kitchen with balcony.
The apartment is furnished and equipped with everything: the furnishings are tasteful and in excellent condition since the apartment has never been rented before.
The offer is completed by a garage in the condominium which is granted for extra-contract use.
The apartment is available for rent from 1 April 2025.

Upon signing the contract, a quarterly payment is required in advance; under normal conditions, the rent and condominium fees will be paid on a monthly basis.
The condominium fees amount to €400.00 per month, obviously subject to adjustment.
A security deposit equal to three months' rent is also required to be paid upon delivery of the apartment.
All utilities will be paid by the tenant.

The area is served by everything, both in terms of supply points and means of transport, as well as being close to the main motorway junctions.
