The use of land as "Education" is permitted only for preschool, elementary, middle, and high school facilities that are in operation on existing properties and that face streets with at least two lanes in each direction, without increasing the number of students. Vehicular and pedestrian access to these facilities will be via the street that grants them such status, and the provisions of Article 30 of this ordinance will not apply. In each case, for building conditions, they must opt for one of the tables for the respective area.
Properties belonging to area E-Ab4 that face Vital Apoquindo Street and opt for the density increase applicable to table B) may opt for the Equipment type land use for the "Commerce" class, for commercial premises, and for the "Education" type land use for Pre-Primary, Elementary, Middle, and Higher education premises, within a maximum depth of 60 m.
All other types of land uses, scales, classes, and activities not mentioned are deemed prohibited.
