Now, she is transitioning to real estate with a commitment to helping individuals and families find their dream homes or investment properties. Currently, she is pursuing a bachelor’s degree in accounting at the University of The Bahamas, which enhances her analytical skills and financial acumen—key assets in real estate transactions. Her previous experience includes working with a leading developer in Bimini, where she gained valuable insights into the luxury real estate market and built a strong network of industry contacts.

Growing up in Grand Bahama, Timmeka developed a deep understanding of the local market and the distinct characteristics of its neighborhoods and property types. Her long-standing connection to the Bimini community, since childhood, further strengthens her ability to navigate the local real estate landscape effectively.
