Yahia has a degree in Construction Engineering which he obtained while living in Iraq in 1977. He equivalenced his degree at the University of Toronto and obtained a Canadian degree in Construction Engineering in 1993. Yahia speaks Arabic and English which is an asset to his clients as they are able to easily communicate. He specializes in commercial leases, farms, commercial land, multifamily units, investment properties (malls, plazas, industrial buildings etc.), residential homes and condos. Although he only received his Real Estate license in January 2012, he was involved in both Commercial and Residential Real Estate beginning in 1993 by using other agent’s services to buy and sell his own investment properties. Therefore, he was able to gain early experience in this field. Since Real Estate was related to his profession of engineering he has been buying, renovating, selling and/or managing properties of his own and for others for many years. After getting his license, the Real Estate business was a natural fit for Yahia due to his previous experience. Yahia’s aim is getting his clients the most money when they sell their property and obtaining the most value for a property for his clients when making a purchase. This is his drive behind his abilities to meet his client’s needs. Every property he visits with his clients have advantages and disadvantages and his job is to provide detailed information and offer advice to his clients to make the best decision on their investment. Yahia always goes over all of the Real Estate laws and procedures step by step with his clients to ensure they understand their options while not pressuring them to make a decision. Yahia’s clients have always appreciated his quick responses while working with him. His business runs 24/7 and he is always available to take calls from clients no matter the time of day. He is always available to assist his clients throughout the buying and selling process including vising the City of Ottawa to inquire about properties, lawyer visits, mortgage brokers and so on to offer constant support during the process. His goal is to keep the client happy during the buying and selling process. He also looks forward to any referrals and leads which come from current and past clients.
