I started working in Real Estate Industry in 2002. Before becoming a real estate agent, I worked with the most prominent Hongkong-based real estate developer (Shui On Land Limited) for eight years. For the first four years, I worked in the marketing department for commercial clients related to leasing negotiation, promotion, media, and public relations. Promoted to senior manager at the residential marketing department and became the task force team leader in creating our first CRM system. Before moving to Canada, I became the senior manager of marketing training for the pre-construction project's sales team in every sales centre around the country.
Real estate is my passion; I started my career in GTA as a Pre-construction Platinum Salesperson with GTA-Homes. As we work closely with developers and listing brokerages, I handle all the deal and sales procedures independently and manage to achieve high annual sales volume.
In 2022, I decided to aim my business in Kitchener and Waterloo Region as my home neighbourhood and established Xinning Realty Inc. I will continually serve the best interest of all my neighbours on both buyers' and sellers' sides. I believe it's about a Home instead of a transaction that I will always take care of the clients and customers.
