Vince is passionate about achieving optimum results to ensure his clients are smiling on closing day. His success is a direct result of enjoying working with people, understanding the market, and considerable industry experience. When not busy with clients, Vince can be found enjoying time with his lovely wife and two small children or playing a evening game of pick-up hockey with the guys. His father, Mike Montagano, an accomplished real estate professional, raised his family and dedicated his career to serving within the Durham Region. Currently working together, they have partnered to co-own and operate Coldwell Banker 2M Realty. Vince is also personally involved in property investment and management. As a residential and commercial landlord, he has undertook many remodeling and renovation projects, allowing him a keen eye for craftsmanship and property condition. With his knowledge Vince is able to assist his buyers in deciding if a particular property is the right fit for them.
