About Me

Victoria and Jessica combine their experience and knowledge of the industry to provide the utmost in service and satisfaction. Both women have been part of the Huntsville community from a young age, and love having full-time careers in this amazing place they call home. Being owners of both lakefront and residential properties themselves, they understand what it is like buying and living in various types of homes and cottages across the Muskoka region,  giving them a strong understanding of what the needs and demands are of the buyer and/or seller.

With their knowledge of the area Jessica and Victoria are able to offer clients advice on a variety of lifestyle related matters, such choosing the right daycare, picking a school, or sourcing a trades person. And whether it's finding the perfect home for a young family, or sourcing out waterfront property for a retired couple, their comprehensive understanding of the region allows buyers and sellers to rest easy.

They also pride themselves on their strong involvement in their community. Jessica is a member of the board of directors on the Huntsville/Lake of Bays Chamber of Commerce as she appreciates local business development and economic initiatives. Victoria sits on the board of directors for her local Bay Lake association and is also on the board of directors for her daughter’s community day care. All of which contribute to their understanding of real estate and how it applies to every stage and aspect of life.
