Volunteer Experience Nelson Mandela Park Public School (2018): Tutored students in Grade 7 & 8 in the subjects of Math and English, once a week for 4 months. Variety Village Volt Hockey League (2018): Represented Ryerson University at the Volt Hockey League (Markham, Ontario), while helping to raise funding for the program. (This is a program that gives children/adults with physical or mental disabilities the opportunity to travel the world to play hockey). G.L. Roberts Collegiate and Vocational Institute (2016-2018): Partook in the annual Christmas Food Drive; hand deliver Family-Sized Christmas dinners to families in need of a meal. Reading Club: Started a Reading Club for adolescent children (ages 6-12) at the Prince of Wales Elementary School (Brockville, Ontario). Wayne Simmonds Road Hockey Warriors (2014-2018): This is a Charity Fundraiser to help give underprivileged children in Scarborough and the GTA the opportunity to play hockey. I helped to coordinate event planning and the scheduling of events.
