The Lake name has become a hallmark of success in the Kootenay real estate market since 1982. Tad followed in his father Ross’s success as a realtor, and has earned recognition for his wealth of local knowledge, depth of experience and exceptional service over his 16 years of his Real Estate career. Through his commitment to excellence, he has reached the pinnacle of success, consistently finishing as a top producer both locally and regionally. Tad is a life-long resident of Nelson and is deeply involved in the community, offering his assistance as a past board member and vice chair of Kootenay Kids Society, assisting with local food charities and numerous years coaching in the Nelson Youth Soccer Association. Tad has always appreciated that he has been spoiled having been raised in a great community like Nelson all of his life and lucky to have been able to experience an active lifestyle and endless adventures that the Kootenays offer. Tad, his wife Tammie and 2 girls Emma and Paityn, love to ski at the local Whitewater Ski Hill, camp in the many provincial campgrounds on the Kootenay and Arrow Lakes, ride their bikes along the many trails and old railway beds, boat on Kootenay Lake and hike up to Pulpit Rock and enjoy the views of the lake and city below. Being able to grow up and raise a family has given Tad an appreciation for the Nelson vibe and Kootenay lifestyle and he hopes he gets a chance to meet you and help make this dream a reality.
