An Albertan all her life, Susan joined our real estate family early in 2021. When the last oil and gas downturn, followed by the tsunami of covid-19, stymied her 30+ year career as an IT project management professional, she had a tough decision to make – continue struggling to find Information Technology work or embark on a new adventure. Susan chose the latter and is not looking back. She was born for a career in real estate – it just took her a while to wake up and realize it!
Susan and her husband, Dave, sold their Calgary family home and renovation company early in 2019, moving permanently to their lake residence on Gleniffer Lake. No strangers to the area, they’ve weekended and vacationed here since 1994. They love central Alberta and are proud to call it home.
Her career and business owner experiences help Susan to excel at recognizing when a renovation project will increase the value in your home, advise you on how to "stage your home on dime" to encourage buyers to buy, and make sure all the T’s are crossed and I’s are dotted throughout the buying and selling processes.
