Steve says he can hardly believe it (where did the time go?), but he has been involved in Ottawa real estate since 1984—no one knows this market better than Steve. An award-winning realtor with Coldwell Banker, Steve has helped his clients buy and sell real estate with proven results, while at the same time raising his own family right here in the capital. After many years investing in real estate himself, Steve decided to specialize in helping others do the same. Today, Steve is known for specializing in commercial and investment properties and helping people build wealth through real estate—with unprecedented results. Although his work in real estate takes up much of his time, here’s something you probably don’t know about him: he has a passion for design and art. He studied industrial design at Carleton University as well as visual arts and photography at the University of Ottawa. His photographs have been exhibited in several Ottawa galleries. Steve is a past member of the Canadian Ski Instructor Alliance. Steve is still an avid downhill skier and enjoys tennis and golf.
