Bob Wood, a Coldwell Banker Commercial agent with Coldwell Banker Horizon Realty in Kelowna, BC is one of only two agents in the brokerage who focuses solely on the commercial market in the Okanagan Valley. Bob has represented buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants in an array of commercial deals and has extensive knowledge in leasehold transactions on First Nations land. Bob began his career as a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA, CA) two decades ago after obtaining his Bachelor’s degree from the University of Western Ontario and his Graduate Diploma in Public Accountancy from McGill University. He spent 15 years working in International Business primarily in financial controller positions of publicly traded companies and fund managers. His extensive formal education and professional experience in finance and economics has proved to be an invaluable asset to his clients in providing real estate transaction advice.

Bob is an elected Director to the Association of Interior REALTORS ® that provide leadership and support to its Re® members throughout the region from Revelstoke to Osoyoos. He sits on the Association’s Finance Committee and chairs the Governance Committee as well.
