Rom Houtstra is a licensed real estate agent based in Kelowna, British Columbia, with over 23 years of experience. Originally from the Netherlands, Rom has a background in corporate law, sales and negotiation, having immigrated to Canada in 1993. His expertise includes guiding buyers from countries like Germany, the Netherlands, and the UK through the process of relocating to Canada, specifically the Okanagan region. He is an award winning REALTOR®, Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE) and Relocation Consultant who specializes in selling & buying Residential Real Estate, Investment Properties, Wineries, Vineyards, Distilleries, Recreational Properties and Businesses. He is happy to work with any buyers in realizing their dream of owning their home and/or business in the Okanagan, and any sellers who want their home getting more exposure and sold.
