Penny Beavis is an experienced and versatile real estate agent with Coldwell Banker based out of Kemptville, Ontario. With a warm and personable style and exceptional business acumen Penny is well equipped to serve the needs of potential homebuyers in Ontario.

With an economics degree from Carleton University, she began her career in marketing and sales. After 15 years in the business she took the leap into self-employment and started the successful coffee shop Brewed Awakenings in Kemptville. As a business owner Penny enjoyed interacting with her customers, building relationships, and the flexibility of being self-employed. In 2013 Penny switched gears once again to follow a lifelong dream of becoming a real estate agent. She has been with Coldwell Banker for ten years and has experience with all types of clients; from first-time homebuyers, to those looking for investment properties, to divorcing couples who are looking at establishing to separate homesteads. She understands that selling and purchasing a home can be stressful and she enjoys coaching people through the process, while making it as enjoyable and easy as possible. She loves developing relationships with her clients that enable her to tailor her searches and style to meet their needs.

Penny has been part of the North Grenville community for over 30 years. She raised her three children just outside Oxford Mills and has played a part in many community-oriented organizations including the Girl Guides of Canada, Habitat for Humanity, North Greville Community Foundation, Oxford Mills Community Association, Community Living North Grenville and various school councils.
