Mindy Dice

Mindy Dice arrived in St. Croix in 1991 and fell in love with the “Island Vibe.” She has worked in almost every aspect of the service industry; restaurants, retail and hotels. After bringing a new Crucian into the world in 2009, she took some time off to be a mom. Then it was time to get back to a paid job. In 2011, she was hired by the wonderful Joe and Sharon Thayer to be their assistant. In her time at Coldwell Banker St. Croix Realty, she has learned most every aspect of the property management business. Being a renter herself for 24 years on St. Croix, she holds a wealth of knowledge and has a passion for finding the perfect fit for any renter, whether long-term or vacation. Now that she has been exposed to the realm of possibilities in the St. Croix real estate market, she hopes to purchase a home of her own in the near future.
