Being born and raised on Vancouver island has provided Matt with an extensive knowledge base of the various communities within the greater Victoria area. Matt obtained his Real Estate license through UBC, and comes to Coldwell Banker with a business degree along with an extensive background in the financial services sector, including both banking and managing self directed investment portfolios. He also has construction and renovation experience making him a valuable asset to the firm. When Matt isn’t in the office he enjoys spending time with his Mini Australian Shepherd Rylee, going to the gym or exploring the outdoors and all Vancouver island has to offer. Matt Likes to live a healthy active lifestyle which include Hiking, cycling & tennis. Matt’s energetic personality, work ethic, positive outlook and drive for success are apparent from the moment you meet him. He prides himself on his listening skills & transparent approach to his business dealings which greatly benefit his clients.
