Matt Rosensteele is an Indiana native who has lived and worked in Costa Rica since 2008. He originally moved down spend two years as a U.S. Peace Corps Volunteer. After finishing his service, he returned to Costa Rica to direct an environmental non-profit organization called Restoring Our Watershed (ROW). Through his work with ROW, Matt has established several Costa Rican organizations and for-profit enterprises that support a positive, broad vision of partnering sustainable economic activity with environmental protection, including the Nandamojo Valley Chamber of Commerce and the Bees for Trees micro-lending program. His success in real estate is due to his uncompromising ability to the details that ensure his clients complete satisfaction. He has sold numerous properties in the areas surrounding his home during his real estate career. He joined Coldwell Banker in 2017.
