Meet Lucy Pheiffer

Your home, Your dream, Your call!

Lucy Pheiffer knows and loves Southern Vancouver Island. She has lived in various locations on the island including Saanich, Sidney and Sooke and currently has made her home on Bear Mountain, a beautiful resort community built around a world class golf course (no she doesn’t golf but her husband does!) She and her husband have raised three amazing children here and loves nothing more than having them all at home!

Lucy goes out of her way to make you feel comfortable and confident and wants you to feel in control whether you are buying or selling. She is very attentive to detail and will guide you through every step, consistently going above and beyond! She truly believes it is “ Your home ,Your dream, Your call!“

Lucy is here to help you achieve you best possible outcome and exceed your expectations in every way, she believes clear, effective and honest communication is key in this process.
