With family roots and a history of community service going back five generations in Clearview Township, Larry’s name adds a steadfast presence to a business that always seems to be changing. He launched his real estate career alongside his wife, Tamara, in 2009. He has a keen understanding of provincial and municipal policies, rural and urban growth and the issues and opportunities for home buyers and real estate investors in Simcoe County.
“Together with the application of new technologies and enhanced training” he says, ”we are working to maintain an exceptional level of service to clients long before and long after the actual purchase or sale of property.”
It doesn’t end at customer service. Giving back to the community has become a pillar of the business model as well. Larry was president of the Stayner Chamber of Commerce for two terms and served three years on Clearview Township’s economic development committee, working to strengthen and encourage a climate for business. In 2014 he was named Community Builder of the Year by the Stayner Chamber of Commerce and in 2016 received – along with his wife Tamara – The Stayner Chamber of Commerce President’s Award recognizing community service. In 2019 he was named Thomas Stayner Award receipient for Citizen of the Year.
