Laurens was born in Alberta and moved out to the island in 2002 with a background in the action sports industry. His eclectic history includes heli-skiing guiding, avalanche control work and working with the Canadian Coast Guard. His recent focus has been on developing multi unit family residential properties and apartment buildings. His ability and interest in identifying potential of revenue properties has led him into the real estate profession.His knowledge base brings a unique perspective and value add to both buyers and sellers.Laurens along with his wife, Maggie, and two young children, currently reside in the cook st village, where they are passionate about living the outdoor island life
