Personal Profile

Real estate acquisition, development and property management has been part of my kitchen table vernacular since I was a child. My family's business has been centered around developing land into apartment blocks then renting and managing them for the last 35 years. Being a member of the Coldwell Banker global network allows me to market properties not only locally but also on an international stage to many of the incoming future residents of our city. Entering Real Estate with a well rounded business background and solid understanding of how today's buyer searches for homes, insures that your listing will get the maximum exposure on all traditional as well online sites and social media. My choosing Real Estate as a career was no surprise given the passion that was instilled over the years of listening to my Grandfather describe how he started and seeing his business grow throughout my childhood. Prior to becoming a REALTOR®, I had the opportunity to work in luxury travel, which has given me a strong foundation of customer service and communication skills, utilizing technology to promote products and gaining an advanced knowledge of social media and online marketing.
