Katelyn is excited to be a part of the CB Southwest Realty team where she can be challenged everyday with new people and new houses. She's an outside the box thinker with creative and innovative ideas to help you buy your first home or up size your current one. With a whole team of agents and community partners mentoring and supporting her, as well as Coldwell Banker's exclusive marketing program this will enable her to reach potential clients quickly and effectively. She is an avid supporter of local mental health initiatives with her "Making Moves for Mental Health" campaign where she donates a portion of her commissions to the Canadian Mental Health Association.
