Born and raised in East Gwillimbury, I bring deep local knowledge, strong negotiation expertise, and over a decade of personal real estate investment experience to every client relationship.

With more than 12 years personally invested across multiple sectors of real estate — including residential ownership and rental properties — I understand this industry from both the professional and investor perspective. I know what creates long-term value, what protects your equity, and how to structure deals strategically in changing markets.

My specialty is real estate negotiation. I thrive in high-pressure environments and interchanging markets, remaining calm, calculated, and focused while protecting my clients’ best interests. Whether navigating competitive offers or securing favorable terms, I bring clarity and confidence to every transaction.

Beyond negotiation, I have a strong eye for luxury finishes, functional upgrades, and custom interior design elements that elevate both lifestyle and resale value. I guide clients not just on buying or selling — but on how to maximize the potential of a property.
