I was a licenced Mechanical Engineer and worked in Automotive dealership for 10 years back in the Philippines. I moved in Edmonton Alberta in 2011. Prior to getting into real estate business in 2018, I worked as a service technician for 6 years. And as a service technician, I learned how to be patient, detail oriented and proactive in serving his my clients. As your service oriented residential Realtor, I will be an advocate for you. Whether you are buying or selling, I will work tirelessly to promote your best interests. If you are selling, I will work with you to get you the fairest price, in the least amount of time, by using up to date market data, team collaboration and Coldwell’s superior marketing materials. If you are buying, I will work hard to provide you with the best information and up to date market data available, to inform and assist you so you can be a well-equipped buyer with the strongest possible negotiating position. I do understand that buying and selling real estate can be stressful. As a full-time Realtor, I will work hard to lower your stress level and make your experience as pleasurable as possible. I will do my very best to accomplish this through constant communication and by being accessible whenever you need me.

When not assisting clients, I enjoys building basement, land escaping, doing basic carpentry, entertaining their friends, and traveling.
