Personal Profile

An avid renovator with a broad knowledge and understanding of homes, Joe Slavik uses his talent, experience, and creative vision to produce high-calibre results for his clients. Joe has enjoyed living in Kitchener-Waterloo for nearly three decades and can navigate and characterize the Region’s neighbourhoods and boroughs with ease. He has also travelled extensively throughout Southern Ontario within a work capacity, and is familiar with the area’s cities, towns and hamlets. A Health and Safety professional for many years, Joe’s previous employment involved evaluating building facilities regularly. This included performing inspections of the physical structure and uncovering any deficiencies. In addition, he discovered efficiencies that minimized organizations’ carbon footprints and help reduce overhead. Joe has also worked with local building and bylaw officials at a municipal government level and thrived in an environment with a strong customer service focus. Joe has a degree in psychology from Wilfrid Laurier University, and diplomas in both Human Resources and Health & Safety from Conestoga College. He is involved with the Canadian Traditional Scouting Association where he has volunteered as both a Leader and Committee Chairman. Joe’s business style involves customizing his approach for each Buyer or Seller client to suit their goals, lifestyle and individuality.
