In the Ottawa area, she started with Canada Trust Realty which was eventually bought by Coldwell Banker. Since joining Coldwell Banker Sarazen Realty in 1998 Ilda has dedicated herself to serving her clients. She takes the time to make sure her clients have all the information they need to make a wise decision. Her absolute no pressure approach to working with buyers or sellers has earned her a reputation throughout the community. She continuously takes courses to stay ahead of the game to keep up with the different markets and trends of the industry. In her free time, she loves to take care of her grandchildren, taking them to museums, skiing, or just watching them play different sports. Also visiting her beloved Portugal is a passion of hers.
