Erin Bowie has built her business on a foundation of superior customer care, dedicating herself to providing personalized, informed and honest service. Erin prides herself on her client relationships, and she goes above and beyond to keep the buying and selling process exciting and stress-free.

A strong believer in the importance of staying informed, Erin continually educates herself on changes to the market and the profession. Clients can count on her to advise them of the latest housing news and statistics, zoning laws and any impending adjustments to mortgage rates and procedures. Erin also actively networks throughout the Region, building new relationships and ensuring she is well informed on the current local landscape.

Erin is extremely committed to this community and uses her culinary school education to volunteer as a chef for Meals on Wheels (Community Support Connections). She was also a high school Parent Council Chairman and participates regularly in Habitat for Humanity builds as well as Adopt-a-Highway, the Kitchener Waterloo Association of Realtors bi-annual environmental cleanup.

Erin's sales numbers earned her the Coldwell Banker Sterling Society Award in 2018 and a “Million Dollar Club” SAM award of Distinction from the Waterloo Home Builders Association in 2017.
