Emma Lafreniere is a licensed Realtor® with Coldwell Banker Preferred Real Estate, in Steinbach, MB For 18 years prior to joining the real estate industry in 2020, she flourished as an engaged leader, focusing on core values while developing dynamic teams in her various roles at Steinbach Credit Union. Her experience at SCU has equipped her with vast knowledge in areas of leadership, finance, mortgage lending, loss prevention and strategic business planning - just to name a few. Her ability to empower others on their journey to financial success is of great benefit to all her future clients in real estate. Emma and her two children reside on a 20 - acre farm between Steinbach and LaBroquerie while sharing a love for agriculture, community sports, camping and time with family and friends. Emma personally enjoys home renovations, including construction and design - she believes your home should be a place that greets you when you open the door. Her passion for community is evident as a board member for Soups on Steinbach, the Business Development Committee on the Steinbach Chamber of Commerce, head leader of their local 4-H Club and previous Vice Chair role of the Credit Union National Young Leaders Committee of Canada.
