It has been my home since 1986; and it has undergone extensive population growth & Oilsands development while breaching a population of 100,000K; and then surviving a massive wildfire and rebuild. This community still thrives in the Tarsands Capital of the world! Each person I introduce to this community all react the same way; "Wow its beautiful here; I had no idea the city was this big".
