Personal Profile

I have been helping families buy and sell homes in and around Wainwright for over eleven years now. My wife Bailey and I decided to grow their commitment to Wainwright, Alberta by becoming the owners of Coldwell Banker Hometown Realty in 2019. I considers myself very lucky to have grown up on a farm near Irma Alberta, just 20 minutes west of Wainwright. Growing up I played sports in both Irma and Wainwright and considers myself to have deep roots in the surrounding communities. My parents still operate that farm to this day and I love being able to share that farm experience with my family. Bailey and I are the proud parents of two boys, Bentley Lawson and Chase Lawson and the entire family loves the opportunities that come with being Wainwright residents. My family values taught me early on that working hard is it's own reward and the best way to build relationships is to listen with curiosity, speak with honesty and act with integrity. My goal is to develop a rock-solid relationship with my clients and do everything in my power to help them find their for-ever home or sell towards finding that next, best home. Wainwright is a community that offers many unique shops and restaurants. Its a town that is very community and family minded and has a variety of different sports groups and many family events throughout the year. Im very proud to be able to call this area home. Everybody knows everybody and that relationship means we hold each other to a higher standard. I want people to judge me by the experience they had while they placed their trust in my hands."
