Carol grew up in the small town of Forestburg, AB. Later, she graduated from Lindsay Thurber Comprehensive High School in Red Deer, AB. Graduating from the University of Alberta’s Nursing program in 1973, she practiced as a nurse in Drayton Valley, Fort St. John, and Red Deer. In that time, she also got married and had four wonderful children. But in 1990, she decided to change careers and get into Real Estate. During her 30 years in Real Estate, she has had many accomplishments including #2 and #3 Producer in Canada with Coldwell Banker. In 1997, Carol purchased Coldwell Banker OnTrack Realty, and built the company up to 72 realtors. The brokerage had the market in Central Alberta and was a huge success. In that time, OnTrack was awarded #1 in Office Sales with Coldwell Banker Canada. In 2014, she sold the company to Lindsay Olver, but she continues to sell Real Estate to this day. Although Carol has loved both of her careers, Real Estate is her passion. Over the years, she has taught nurses and realtors to bring out the best in people; watching everyone grow has been extremely rewarding for her.
