Ayman Youssef is the Vice President for Coldwell Banker UAE, a leading provider of full-service real estate in the region. A veteran of the industry and Coldwell Banker®, Ayman is responsible for the growth and day to day operations for 5 branches and more than 100 sales agents in UAE including management, planning and the strategic development of the company.

Ayman joined Coldwell Banker Egypt in 2001 where he obtained several special recognition awards for his role in the success of the residential and commercial departments of Coldwell departments of Coldwell Banker Egypt. He has been instrumental in the success of Coldwell Banker in the region by guiding the expansion plan of the brand in other GCC countries. In 2005, Ayman joined the UAE operation where he led the commercial department which won “Top Producing Coldwell Banker Commercial® Office” outside the USA in 2006 and 2007.

Ayman has led valuations and transaction management processes for several significant players in different sectors in Dubai and other GCC countries. He was also involved in over 300 plot transactions in Dubai amounting to a total sales volume of AED 2 Billion. He also consulted the one of the largest health care providers, airline operator, developers among others.

His role on the executive team, coupled with his industry expertise and proven leadership has added to the strategic development of the company, including establishment of five branches in key locations in UAE and award wining operations recognized by DLD & major developers in Dubai.
