Personal Profile

Andrew Baskin grew up just outside of Sussex NB, in the local service district of Plumweseep. Andrew is a real estate agent with a record of over 100 properties sold . Also an avid real estate investor, Andrew has owned 8 homes, renovated/flipped 4, and has built a real estate rental portfolio consisting of 4 homes and a 12 unit complex. He continues to expand his business, with active plans & actions to grow and to develop. He has been a multi- award winning agent since his 2nd year in real estate at the age of 21. Andrew has been the recipient of Coldwell Banker International Diamond Society Award 2012, Coldwell Banker International President's Circle Award in 2013; and most recently the Coldwell Banker International Diamond Society Award for production achieved during 2014. Andrew has also achieved the rank of Number #1 Sales Associate in NB both in 2013 and 2014. He's been active in assisting his clients find financially wise properties, having sold over 40 bank repossessions & estate sales during the past 5.5 years. His first listed home and subsequent sale consisted of an estate sale located in Quispamsis, requiring of over $100,000 in renovations. This experience and many others post this first transaction, has allowed Andrew to travel many areas of our Saint John Real Estate Board boundaries; gaining insight on local market activities & trends. His goal is to build rapport and relationships with his clients, with the primary focus of succeeding in the best interest of these clients.
