Born and raised in Guelph, Adam DiLoreto is very proud to be a part the Coldwell Banker Neumann Real Estate family. Adam's strong educational background consists of a 4 year Business Degree from the University of Western Ontario, as well as a diploma in Business Marketing obtained from George Brown College. As a highly competitive individual, Adam enjoys numerous sports and outdoor activities. Adam's passion for real estate stems from his past and current investments in real estate. Through Adamʼs knowledge and experience of the Guelph Real Esate Market, deep roots in the Guelph community, strong work habits, and problem solving skills Adam looks forward to serving you and all of your real estate needs. Adam has been an award winning agent throughout his real estate career his awards include the prestigous Canadian Presidents Circle, Canadian Diamond Society and he was also nominated by the Guelph people for the Guelph Mercury Readers Choice Award.
