Shane was born and raised in Yellowknife, and truly calls this special place his home. After graduating from Mount Royal University, where he completed a Bachelor of Business Administration degree, he returned to the North. He had been employed with the Government of the Northwest Territories (in Human Resources) for the past eight years, until he decided to follow his dreams and passion for the real estate industry. But why choose Shane as your agent? He has about a decade of overall HR experience, which brings many transferrable skills to the real estate profession. Shane has honed the craft of effective communication, proficient organizational skills, strong negotiation instincts, and a client driven approach. He genuinely loves building connections with people and will naturally think about your individual needs and timelines to make your buying or selling process as comfortable as possible.
